STEPHENVILLE YOGA CLASSES

WHERE? Stephenville Public Library, 174 N. Columbia, downtown 

WHEN?   Mondays, 5:30-7 pm, Jan thru Apr; June; Mid-Aug thru Nov      

COST?    $7 per 90 minute class (Ask about the pre-pay discount)

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Wear clothes you can stretch in (& bare feet)

  • Bring a yoga mat

  • Bring a small blanket for warmth during relaxation (optional)

      Allow 3 hrs after a meal * 1 hr after a snack 

  • Beginners and On-Going Students are welcome

* If you are under a doctor's care or have any medical concerns, consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program.

STEPHENVILLE FREE ADAPTIVE YOGA CLASSES

WHERE?  Stephenville Public Library, 174 N. Columbia, downtown 

WHEN?   One Wednesday of ea month 6-7 pm  (no classes Jun, Jul, Aug, Dec) 

WHO?    Suitable for People with MS, Arthritis, etc, or People in Wheelchairs

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Wear clothes you can stretch in (& bare feet)

  • Bring a yoga mat

CLASSES IN DE LEON, TEXAS 

WHERE?  De Leon Senior Citizens Center

WHEN?   First and Third Tuesdays of each month 6-7:30 pm--Jan thru Apr; Aug thru Nov   

COST?    $8 per 90 minute class 

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Wear clothes you can stretch in (& bare feet)

  • Bring a yoga mat

  • (optional) Bring a small blanket to put under your mat, as the floor is hard

      Allow 3 hrs after a meal * 1 hr after a snack 

  • Beginners and On-Going  Students are welcome
