PRECAUTIONS: fold only half-way if you have significant problems with sinus, headache, or dizziness

KEY ALIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS: fold at hip hinge, lengthen spine, pull torso out of pelvic girdle, release neck & shoulders, let crown of head “face” floor
