4-Way Test Speech Contest

The Stephenville Rotary Club hosts a contest open to any high
school student.  The Contest consists of students interpreting
the meaning of the Rotary 4-Way Test of the Things we Think,
Say, or Do:  First, is it the TRUTH? Second, is it FAIR to all
concerned? Third, will it build GOOD WILL and BETTER
FRIENDSHIPS? Fourth, will it be BENEFICIAL to all
concerned?  There are prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
places consisting of $300, $200, and $100, respectively.
The 1st place winner is then sent to Regional contests and
could advance to District contests and be eligible for prizes
up to $1000.
