STEPHENVILLE ROTARY CLUB FLAGS PROJECT ORDER FORM

We are proud to be American Citizens and we love to fly our flag.  To assist the citizens of Stephenville, the Stephenville Rotary Club conducts a flag delivery system.  Through this project we raise funds for many community programs.  If you would like to participate, please complete the following form.  The flags are posted seven (7) times a year in front of your home or business by the Stephenville Rotary Club.  (In case of inclement weather, the flag will be posted on another day near the holiday.)
FLAG DAYS:  Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, and the Day of the Erath County Rodeo.  
COST:                1 to 4 Flags                $25.00 per flag
                          5 or more Flags          $17.50 per flag
