The Carriage House, built in replica, is located behind the Berry House. It houses items of historical interest inappropriate to the Berry House. A fine side saddle is on display here, wooden farm tools, housekeeping items from the 1920s and '30s, an early electric permanent wave machine, items from Stephenville's R.E. Cox Dry Goods Store (the first Cox's), and the rope from the last legal hanging in Erath County. The floor of the wagon shed is paved with Thurber bricks. Pictured here are a buggy, surrey, and railroad department bagge cart.
