The Buck Cabin is our most traveled building. Built on Long Street in the late 1800s, it was taken to the Silas Buck farm on the Paluxy where it served as a hen house. A later owner of the farm donated it to the Stephenville Museum, so it traveled back to town. It is the only structure on the museum grounds that was moved "as is" in one piece. |
