Is it correct that the TNRCC is setting low limits (1mg/L) on only about a dozen WWTFP's (out of 2000) and Stephenville is one of those? What reason does the state give for singlinging out about 1/2 of 1 percent of the WWTF's in the state and requiring such low limits. And are we to understand that these limits are not currently technologiocally possible? What the %&^@ is going on here? What are we the people and our elected state officials doing about it?
